CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows, reschedule and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. To ensure we can continue to provide quality service to all our clients, we kindly request that you pay any cancellation fees. Failure to do so may result in the inability to book future appointments. Due to the nature of our services, all services and gift cards are final and non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your result, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment service to ensure you love your hair. All sales on retail products are final and non-refundable.
